"Quick to write new policies but VERY slow (non-existent) in helping with a claim after promising multiple times that he would help. 🤷‍♀️ When I called to request assistance I was told by the manager it was "not their job". I'm extremely disappointed and switched agents."

"The only reason I gave them one star is because they never answer the Damm phone!!!! Or return your calls!!! This is so ridiculous how do they expect to get more customers? With that low quality of interest the secretaries they really slack I bet you guys a turtle get faster to the phone than you guys.. I went outside to their office and did couple phone calls to see why they wouldn’t answer the phone. Because they were just sitting on your desk using their cell phone. Just in case you guys want to know why they never take your calls."

"I had an issue with this office.. I had rental insurance with this office . My card got stolen so they couldn’t charge my account anymore. I contacted the office to update my card info ,I was told they will call me back and never did. resulting in them, canceling my insurance on me instead of helping me find a solution… shows how they do care about the customers disappointed in this office ."

"When I initially spoke with this office regarding insurance they lead me to believe that my husband would be HOH and just add me as a driver so I can get his rates. I then got a bill for over the amount I was originally told. I emailed 2x with no response and called and left a message which was never returned. I then proceeded to call again until I was finally able to speak with someone. I was sent an email that my insurance was going to stay the same. I called the office and the person that answered mentioned that she was the one that gave me my quote and that she had not told me tell me I would only be added as a driver and not HOH. Take a look at the pic and see it for yourself. I guess take note when u talk to this office because according to them they take detailed notes but she forgot to include that."

"Was previously with Farmers Insurance paying $1,084.20 every six months. Full coverage. With State Farm my premium went down to $515.00 full coverage + PIP coverage (which was something I previously didn’t have) for six months. Wish I would’ve heard of State Farm a lot sooner. Julian was very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. Also, agent works around your schedule. I strongly recommend this agency to anyone who wants good coverage, better prices, and an agent who really does HELP you not like my last agent."
