"My insurance agent passed away so I was transferred to this agent, unfortunately. I attempted to change insurance for months because of this agency’s incompetence. Literally took months for them to transfer me. This agency is very unprofessional. Would not recommend."
"Israel, Unfortunately, there was a lot of mistakes that transferred over, and we did our best to accommodate. There was a lot of billing issues that I will not disclose due to personal information. however, We have a process that has to be followed regarding underwriting and allowing our back office to activate policies. "Quick to write new policies but VERY slow (non-existent) in helping with a claim after promising multiple times that he would help. 🤷♀️ When I called to request assistance I was told by the manager it was "not their job". I'm extremely disappointed and switched agents."

"The only reason I gave them one star is because they never answer the Damm phone!!!! Or return your calls!!! This is so ridiculous how do they expect to get more customers? With that low quality of interest the secretaries they really slack I bet you guys a turtle get faster to the phone than you guys.. I went outside to their office and did couple phone calls to see why they wouldn’t answer the phone. Because they were just sitting on your desk using their cell phone. Just in case you guys want to know why they never take your calls."

If you have called our office during lunch time and left a voicemail, I assure you have been called back. We strive in assisting our customers and taking care of our customers in our office. "I had an issue with this office.. I had rental insurance with this office . My card got stolen so they couldn’t charge my account anymore. I contacted the office to update my card info ,I was told they will call me back and never did. resulting in them, canceling my insurance on me instead of helping me find a solution… shows how they do care about the customers disappointed in this office ."
"Salvador, although we completely understand your frustrations with your renter's insurance policy with our office we do have to point out, as we have politely done so to you directly, that State Farm allows so many avenues for our valued customers to have any and all control over the billing portions of their accounts. As we have mentioned not only has our kind and friendly office staff attempted to contact you regarding this situation via text and call to your listed contact information, but our corporate office has also mailed / and emailed to you notices of non-payment of premiums etc. As we have mentioned to you yesterday, passed a certain point our account specialist WILL NOT pressure any clients to pay premiums, we are respectful of every customers' means, budgets and situations. That being said we did not cancel your account here, it's a simple solutions that as of yesterday afternoon was attempted to be situated by our office staff with you directly, however you directly stated " no worries I will find another insurance good day " implying no longer wanting the policy in question. Now we are sorry to hear that with all the avenues State Farm has in place such as their 1-800 24 hr customer line, our statefarm.com website, your State Farm mobile app, and with your local office, you were still unable to find any form of situating your account with State Farm. We would love to service your needs, as we care for all of our clients equally, so please reconsider your issue as we believe we have been a good servicing office to you for the past year without any issues to this date on our offices end. Should you choose to use a different insurance company our office can even assist you with finding a company with a local office that may better fit your needs.
