"Chad, We appreciate your feedback unfortunately we addressed the concerns directly with your spouse, there is a process for returns and that is out of our control in our office directly, We did our best to conduct ourselves with mutual respect however we did not get the same respect from your spouse. It's unfortunate you feel that way however, "these people" my staff always go above and beyond for my customers, some customers just don't understand that we are not a retail store where a refund gets processed same day. i believe if your household would have conducted themselves respectfully you would have understood the process our company has to go through, but again the needs were addressed appropriately on multiple occasions and the process still remains the same. I would appreciate if you did not slander my business as we have never had the opportunity to speak with you directly as all business was conducted by your spouse, and again unfortunately Mrs. Barbara Graham was out of line using foul language with my staff and unfortunately the process in our office is what it is, and we cannot make changes according to feelings no matter how much we get yelled at. hope you have a nice day. There was a lot of billing issues that I will not disclose due to personal information. however, We have a process that has to be followed regarding underwriting and allowing our back office to activate policies.
